Aarathi Prasad

Aarathi is an author and a scientist who was educated in the West Indies and in the UK. She holds a Ph.D. in molecular genetics (Imperial College London), and a postgraduate certificate in osteoarchaeology (University of Reading). She is a senior research fellow at the Institute for Global Health at University College London, where her work focuses on the impacts of environmental sustainability on people's health in informal (slum) settlements in Kenya. She will advise particularly around community engagement.
